Hello Rickards Fam,
I hope you are soaking up every last drop of summer and finding time to relax, recharge, and connect with your loved ones. I am beyond excited to welcome you back to our home away from home—and to officially kick off what promises to be our most powerful year yet at Rickards Middle!
Last year, our mission was possible… and you delivered. Together, we earned a school grade of B, with student performance rising across multiple components. Your unwavering dedication, collaborative spirit, and laser-sharp focus made this growth possible. You believed in our students, in each other, and in the vision, we share—and it showed.
As we celebrate this incredible milestone, we set our sights on the future with boldness and ambition. This year, we’re aiming even higher with our new school theme for 2025–2026:
"Rise of the Rockets: Leading, Learning, Soaring” This theme represents more than a slogan—it’s a call to action. It challenges us to lead with intention, learn with purpose, and to continue to soar to excellence. Together, we are rising to meet the moment and propel our school to even greater heights.
