Volunteer of the Month

Our Parent Teacher Student Association works tirelessly to support our students, teachers, and staff.  From the start of this 2014 - 2015 school year, they welcomed our entire staff to a welcome back breakfast and have not stopped working.  They worked with our Physical Education teachers donating P.E. uniforms, volunteered to pressure clean all the tennis courts to expand our sports programs, organized and carried out a very successful book fair, work as volunteer in the Media Center, and so much more, including the donation of $5000.00 for technology in the Media Center.  Thank you, thank you!!!

Under the leadership of Betsy Carter, president, Bill Cone, vice president, Anita Cheung, treasurer, and Alex Melnick, secretary, the PTSA Board has also gone to great lengths to build a supportive and positive relation with our teachers and staff. For these reasons and so many more, please help us congratulate our James S. Rickards Middle School PTSA as Volunteer of the Month.
